Miles has no right to expel anyone from PF – N’gona
PF faction secretary general Morgan N’gona says the expulsion of Kantashi MP Anthony Mumba from the PF propagated by Matero MP Miles Sampa should be dismissed with the contempt it deserves
Yesterday, Sampa who claims to be president of the PF ejected his fellow lawmaker Mumba from the party for issuing disparaging remarks to both current and former party leaders.
But the party’s secretary generalN’gona said Sampa has no right to expel Mumba from the party as he was expelled in June for the same habit of making similar decisions.
He stated that a restraining court order to stop the Matero lawmaker from making such decisions is still in force.
N’gona said Sampa is therefore liable to be cited for contempt of court for his behaviour, stating that his name does not in any way appear on the current records at Registrar of Societies as an office bearer.
“In view of the above, this is a clear nullity as he has no legal standing in the Party to make any decisions. Kindly be advised,”
