ZAMBIA IS SET TO HOST A SIX NATIONS TOURNAMENT IN FEBRUARY⚽

The Copper Queens are set to host a six-nation tournament in Ndola from February 17th to 26th, 2025, as part of their preparations for the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco this July. The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) made the announcement, highlighting the significance of this event for the national women’s team.
New head coach Nora Häuptle emphasized the critical role of friendly matches in refining the team’s strategies and performance. “We are setting a clear roadmap to ensure that in July, we’ll be ready,” Häuptle stated.
FAZ President Andrew Kamanga underscored the importance of this tournament for the new head coach to acclimate with the team and gear up for the challenges that lie ahead.
