Within hours, if not minutes, of the Constitutional Court of Zambia pronouncing its landmark yesterday’s judgement eligibility case of former president Edgar Lungu, there was a flurry of reactions from the “alabwelelapo” cabal, including a rapidly convened presser by one Zayelo and a rather lengthy statement by Faza which, quite obviously, was painstakingly crafted long before the event.
The long and short of these responses is that these guys are now gearing up to set in motion their so-called “plan B”, a shadowy political strategy which they have been alluding to ever since Faza announced his reckless return to the political fray, for well-known ignoble reasons.
If you are one of those people that have been puzzling about what this plan B is all about, fret no more, I shall unravel the enigma for you right here.
In the first place, rest assured these mangwams don’t have anything such as a plan B. Phonetically what you hear as plan B is actually “Plan P”.
Take serious note, it is Plan P, not “B”. You getting it now? P stands for Panga and from what you and I have experienced of these fellows’ style of politics, it just fits their modus operandi, doesn’t it?
That diabolical mindset which came up with Plan “gassing of citizens” is the same mindset behind Plan Panga. Deconstructed simply, Plan B is:
