BALLOT PAPERS ARRIVE IN KAWAMBWA FOR PAMBASHE BY-ELECTION
Ballot papers for the Pambashe by-election have arrived in Kawambwa and have been verified by all four participating political parties.
The United Party for National Development (UPND) expressed concern over the failure of the Electoral Commission of Zambia to seal the truck transporting the ballot papers from Lusaka to Kawambwa.
However, three other contesting political parties indicated that the process was smooth and transparent.
Pambashe constituency will go to the polls on February 6, following the incarceration of incumbent Member of Parliament Ronald Chitotela.
